What Is Palletizing?

Palletizing or palletization is the most common method of goods keeping safe and sound during transit, handling and storage. Packed Cargo Items are stacked in a pattern that maximizes the amount of product in thePallatizing load by weight and volume while being stable enough to prevent products from shifting, toppling, or crushing each other.
By palletizing, you are, in effect, converting multiple smaller boxes to a single pallet, which enable your items from misplacing & damaging while stacking and shipping
It is better to pack all the kitchen utensils, decoration items and similar items including books etc. into standard sized boxes e.g.: - 18” x 18” x 18” (45cm x 45cm x 45cm) which makes palletizing them easy. Oversized and unsized like Long or awkwardly shaped products may not be palletized so neatly.
Pallets are normally coming in wooden made and plastic, plastics are reusable which makes the plastics pallets expansive. Where you can get wooden pallets so cheap. It’s always better to use wooden pallets to be eco friendly. But some countries ask the wooden pallets to be fumigated before shipping. Ask your Moving partner for costing and availability.
