Packing Crews are a vital part of any moving, the team members are well trained for different kind of packing, like fragile items, furniture, appliances (if any) and the rest of the household goods. On the packing day the team will be coming to your location with a sufficient packing material
The team will number each package and make an inventory, which are very important for, both customs, unpacking and furnishing the new home.
Prior to shipment arrivals at the destination port, you will be notified with an arrival notice, in most cases the destination agent will have the same information.
Then the documentation procedure will be initiated by the destination agent. The shipping agent must have either dispatched the full documents to the destination agent as they need the original master bill of lading. Or they would send as email if the original bill of lading is surrendered at the shipping line office at the origin.
Once the shipment arrives then the destination agent will file the customs documentation on your behalf.
